Hey! What makes you think I would wanna see any of you lot? Bunch of arrogant sods.
They OBVIOUSLY had you and me mixed up and wished to pay me tribute. Duh! :scheveningen:

(altough, in retrospect, that is probably an insult to both of us o_0 )

I know. Cheeky Phillip. :nono:

I drove Houston to Sacramento... that was two days of hard driving. But cathartic after my father died. Ugly too, north western texas, new mexico and arizona are not pretty at all.

Phil was in the US and didn’t think to let us know he was coming? :nono: You were only a little ways away. Anywhere from 367 to 1,211 miles (591 to 1,949 Km for all of you that use the silly French measurements) depending on where you were. That isn’t too terribly far by our standards. I’ve driven over 1,000 miles in one day. Although I wouldn’t recommend it, that’s hard driving.

That sounds great, so you also had the best christmas weather of us eruopean blokes. With Storms on Christmas Holidays and New Year's Eve - had some issues getting the rockets in the air :shifty:

How's your brother and his family? hope all is well.

It cuts vinyl and other thin materials from computer designs. I’m trying to figure out how exactly to incorporate that into building and detailing model stuff. It’s kind of like poor man’s cnc machine.
Ever thought of doing silloettes behind parchment paper backlit or like a shadow puppet on a projected on a wall cleverly hidden on part of the terrain, once again backlit with an warm led

There is just something very wrong with English rugby iconography on an American baseball cap! :bum:

It’s actually pretty cool if truth be told.

My Christmas was a bit weird. I told my wife when she asked what I wanted for Christmas to look on my Amazon wish list. So I got a cordless impact and a universal wheeled stand for my table saw. Both of those items were put on the list long ago and I’d even forgotten they were there! XD

I bought a couple of axes as Christmas presents and spent two weeks hand sharpening the blades, mirror polishing them, and sanding the handles. So when my wife said something about my beard looking like a lumberjack, I just looked at her while wearing one of my flannel checked shirts and told her I was giving axes so it was okay and appropriate. She didn’t find it nearly as humorous as I did. I did get her a Cricket silhouette though. It cuts vinyl and other thin materials from computer designs. I’m trying to figure out how exactly to incorporate that into building and detailing model stuff. It’s kind of like poor man’s cnc machine.
